Explore 3 is a modern house made of panel containers, built in 2025, representing the perfect combination of contemporary architecture, functionality and natural surroundings.

The exterior is clad in anthracite-coated sheet metal, which emphasizes the modern, minimalist character of the building, while the wood-patterned panels bring warmth and a visual balance between industrial design and the natural environment.

The front of the house is designed as a glass gallery that extends in front of the living room and bedroom, allowing for plenty of natural light and a direct connection of the interior space with the outdoor environment - the Bojana River.

The house contains one bedroom with a gallery, an open concept living room and kitchen with a gallery, a bathroom, as well as a large terrace located right next to the Bojana River, ideal for spending time outdoors, relaxing and enjoying the view. The capacity of the building is 4–5 people, which makes it suitable for families or smaller groups looking for modern, peaceful and attractive accommodation in a natural environment. The house has its own private parking.

The house is equipped with: Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, air conditioning, deck chairs... Along with the house you can also rent single or double kayaks for an unforgettable experience of the Bojana River, the island of Ada Bojana, the Adriatic Sea, Velika Plaza...
